SHIPPING POLICY 

All items offered on sonic-shoes.com are made-to-order. This means that when you place your order, we make that item/s just for you, one at a time for the best quality!

All shipments are sent by UPS, FedEx, Or Yanwen Express. The order will be sent to the address you enter at the checkout. We will dispatch the approved orders as quickly as possible and in the order that they have been received. You will receive a tracking link along with your shipment confirmation when your package leaves the warehouse.

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

Your orders shall be shipped out from our warehouse located at: Asia and China factory.

Please kindly note your order will be processed for stocking, packing and shipping to your address that you provide to us. We shall commit about delivery time to you as table below:

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Delivery Time = Handling time + Shipping time

We process orders on business days which are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Times, and exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. 

Order cut-off time will be 05:00 PM.
